Overview

At Hold Your Horsleys Homestead LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, farm-fresh flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

 

Perishable Products

Fresh flowers are perishable and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns once flowers have been delivered.

 

Issues With Your Order

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Examples include:

  • Damaged flowers upon arrival

  • Significant quality concerns

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo of the product (required for quality or damage claims)

Refunds and Replacements

If an issue is verified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the flowers

  • Store credit

 

Non-Refundable Situations

​We are not responsible for and cannot issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

  • Recipient not available at time of delivery

  • Flowers damaged after successful delivery

  • Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

  • Natural variations in flower types, colors, or appearance

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery

 

Order Cancellations

Orders already prepared or out for delivery cannot be canceled.

If you have a scheduling conflict, please contact us more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate a new delivery or pickup time for your bouquet.

Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be able to be accommodated, especially if your flowers have already been harvested or prepared.

 

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered when it is left at the delivery address provided by the customer in a safe and appropriate location.
